Terms & Conditions

• The duration of each rental booking includes the timing needed to set up, the recording process and keeping the equipment back in its original place.

• We only accept bookings that are paid in full, at least 48 hours in advance to a session.

• A $10 additional deposit is necessary for the collection of the key. The deposit will be refunded once the key is returned.

• All parties must report to #02-11, The Vocal Studio Singapore, for the collection and return of the key to the studio.

• No food or drinks are allowed in the studio, with the exception of plain water.

• No shoes in the studio, except for necessary wearing for video recording.

• All equipment used, have to be sanitised once a session is over.

• All devices & equipment have to be carefully looked after and treated with care. Any lost or damage to the equipment will not be tolerated. You will be responsible for the additional costs.

• Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the service will incur a 50% fee, according to the service booked.

• Rescheduling of any service can be done before 24 hours of the service. First time reschedules will be free of charge.

  Upon the first reschedule, any amendments made after will be at an additional fee of $15.
