Afterwork Sleep Reset

  • Tiny Mighty Studio 406 Joo Chiat Place Singapore, 428084 Singapore (map)

A 2.5-hour guided shutdown experience for corporate professionals who feel exhausted—but can’t switch off at night.

You don’t have a sleep problem. You have a system that doesn’t know how to shut down.

You’re tired all day… But the moment you lie down, your brain switches on.

  • Replaying conversations

  • Thinking about work

  • Scrolling your phone just to “wind down”

  • Waking up at 3am for no reason

And the more you try to sleep… the harder it gets.

It’s not your habits.
It’s not your discipline.
And it’s not because you’re “bad at sleeping.”

Sleep hygiene doesn’t fix a system that’s still in work mode.

Sleep is not just a habit problem.

It’s a nervous system problem. And until your body feels safe… your mind will never switch off.

Who It’s For

  • Corporate professionals with high mental load

  • People who feel “tired but wired”
