Step into a gentle weekly Taiji practice at The Yards — a space to slow down, reconnect, and settle into the body through traditional standing meditation and mindful movement.
Through relaxed, grounded movements, we explore awareness of the body’s centre, breath, balance, and inner stillness. As the body softens, hidden tension and holding patterns may gradually become more noticeable — not through force, but through quiet observation and presence.
Sessions are guided by an experienced Taiji master and a trained mindfulness and Taiji instructor, offering a supportive and calming environment for both beginners and continuing practitioners.
Open to anyone seeking greater calmness, embodied awareness, and a deeper connection between mind and body.
