1 · Fascia Floss & Flow
A guided practice that releases held tension in your connective tissues, creating physical space where the voice actually lives. Your fascia is the keeper of your stories. Fascia flossing supports the release of what is no longer serving your journey.
2 · Guided Voice Circle
We begin in the body. We follow with a community circle guided by the intelligence of nature. One week before, each participant receives a small personal invitation, a fragment of nature's wisdom to sit with before we gather.
